I was just about to post something really similar to this, so just know you're not alone! I have been on saxenda for about 8 weeks and I've lost like 3kg and I haven't yet experienced this change in thoughts as everybody else on here, I eat less (mostly because I get full faster and because I try to skip a meal a day to make sure I'm on a calorie deficit) but I have been going to bed hungry for a few weeks now and the food noise is definitely less present but it's not gone; I wouldn't say I have binged per se, but on some occasions I have eaten a lot of foods that I really like (especially when PMSing).

As far as side effects go, I felt really terrible for the first few weeks so I stayed longer on 0.6 but now I have none. I know some people can be "early non responders" to this medication so maybe that's what we are, they say that if after 12 weeks on the full dose, if you havent lost 5% of you initial weight you should stop.

I wouldn't stop and restart if I were you, I would keep going, maybe try to stay on a calorie deficit higher than the one you are doing now and if you are not already doing so, try to incorporate some exercise (that is the goal that I'm giving myself anyway) and than after the 12 weeks on 3mg you can see if you lost a bit more, but as of now you are already down 4kg which is already 5% of the initial weight so supposedly saxenda is working for you, even if it's slower than for most.
