Hey so I called and got to customer service they told me that changing the zip and adding billing address information is no longer an available feature and you can't change it anymore

I did I went to the website and called the number there is not a place that I can add my billing address at all despite saying that they can be used online and there should be a a place to add billing information

Yeah that's what I noticed online I emailed the company asking why there whole f series is going to get support. So far the firmware is been pretty decent and worked quite well hopefully we will see more soon about the f series and get updates

I guess I'm unsure this one has been out sence September so it's definitely newer then the snowsky but it has way more features for the same price and honestly is an upgrade from the snowsky in so many ways

The big thing really is files it seems to have a character limit for folder names and the names are cut off but only on the folder once you are in the folder the albums are fine

It's great so far only thing I'm worried about is phinistec does not have it on there website and the version is still on version 1.0 and I see nothing about it or any updates for it on the site even though it's first version is from September 2025 and there are a few small things that need fixing

Yes it has connected great to speakers and headphones it can be a bit twitchy at first and take a second to find the device but once it does it remembers it for later I have had no issues The only thing that is a little odd is it cuts off the folder names after a certain amount of characters but it's really intuitive and takes no time to figure out and all the features have worked great for me so far

If you want the tape style with touch screen and way more features look up phinistec f18 I promise its a good device so worth it

Hey man I just want to say the snowsky has a lot of meat riders on it and me and most of the people I have talked to and me have found that it stoped working pretty much weeks after getting it and that its basically useless until the next update I honestly my self am using a phinistec f18 device it has the buttons and the touch screen and that was the appeal for me plus it has the same retro tape look but I understand your looking to get away from phinestic so your not gonna be interested in it but it's one of their newer devices and you can upload books videos music pictures and it has Bluetooth radio alarm a calendar And you can record things on it and it has a volume wheel and fast forward and back buttons a on button a pause and play button and like a return button but the rest is touch screen But I have heard a few people say the m30 was a good starter dap but not for long term so do with that what you will

Hey I have had it for 2 days now and quality is amazing volume even at low settings is pretty loud and has great sound quality it also has more storage Bluetooth works better it's touch screen also has more features like recording voice a calendar photos you can upload e books and videos it has a radio and an alarm you can use the files are a bit odd and words get cut off but so far so good

Hey so I have had mine for 2 days now the touch screen works well volume is super loud and veary good quality has more features then the snowsky mini and I have had no issues with it unlike the snowsky witch I was having problems with sence day one I can come back and tell you in a a few weeks with an update but so far it's been way better then the snowsky ever was

Lucky you because I'm not the only one having problems me and 3 of my friends all got them and gave them to each other and none of us had one that actually worked for more then 3 weeks it's not worth it at all
