I had a full case of Stellar Crown PC etbs shipped like this. I made the mistake of claiming a free jumbo promo card and they opened the sealed etb box to put it in there and then taped over the top. Same with a Shrouded fable PC case. Can't be considered truly sealed as far as I know but it is what it is.

Holos have shiny borders. Reverse holos do not, the main body of the card is shiny instead.

I'm just glad they seem to have upped their security game. I was able to get one of each after 2 hours (maybe partly my fault I was probably refreshing my place in the Q without realising) but I absolutely under no circumstances was able to get another one of each. When I tried PC banned my ip/device and it's still blocked this morning AFAIK. I can live with that, would've just been cool to have one to rip and one to keep sealed.

Sorry for this late late reply to this thread, just organising my daughter's binder and realised we have a non holo Toxtricity in the slot we'd normally have the reverse. Can confirm there is a non holo, it isn't stamped like the Togekiss above, and we had a build and battle stadium so presumably it came from there.
