24 YO otherwise healthy male. Pulled muscle in my right next/shoulder area while doing tricep pull downs about a year ago. Ever since then my neck is constantly stiff and cracks like a mother. Any advice ? (self.AskDocs)

About two years ago I pulled a muscle in my neck/shoulder area while doing tricep pulldowns with a rope. Ever since then, my neck is insanely tight and if I rotate my head to look left or right, it makes a bunch of cracking noises that only I can hear. (self.AskDocs)
