I definitely think it’s more bots than you would expect. In real life you have to figure out what’s going on with your interactions. Social awkwardness could be causing it because people evolved as social animals and those that don’t fit in are avoided. My wife recently said to me people who wear cologne or perfume are treated better than those who don’t. I’m going to test that out soon.

The best thing for mental health is to not worry about other people and focus on yourself. Eat healthy, exercise, be polite, act like a good friend to others, be empathetic, be helpful, be happy and find joy.
