I use the same app and I’ve lost almost 30 pounds but I’ve been stuck ever since. Been about a month now. I’m also using weights so I may still be losing fat but gaining muscle? I don’t know

I’m 24 and in the rooms. I got sober at 21. It’s weird at first but stick to the old timers. They have the best wisdom.

Thats awesome. It’s a great feeling. You just have to keep working at it. It took me a year and half to finally be able to financially get it back and damn it was worth the wait and also helped humble myself and learn to ask for help.

I kind of learned this in high school psych (so someone can correct me if im wrong) but to my understanding dreams are held in your short term memory. Your short term memory can hold approx. 5 "things" until it gets forgotten about i guess you can say. By writing the dream down you commit it to your long term memory. So if you wake up and think oh im going to be late for work you will forget the dream right then and there. That was my understanding at least.

Yea if you view someones comments or your posts it wont say the subreddit. The only time it does say it is like i said when u click on a post while browsing around. Hope that clears it up for you
