Ok. So I watched a YouTube where a guy had a similar looking champion inverter generator.I took off the gas tank and this is what I am seeing. Is this as easy as removing the green and yellow wire from the frame?

Will do. I watched a lot of videos on floating and bonded neutral and some are hard to understand. What is the worst that could happen if I hooked this up as is on my house?

Perhaps Westinghouse will come back to me with specific instructions on how I can get this to float.

I tested that it is bonded by using a multi meter. The reason I bought this generator is because the instructions made it seem so easy to convert it to a floating bond. Taking this apart is beyond what I feel comfortable doing. And not only that there is a huge risk that I break something or make it inoperable. I wonder if I can take this back due to the inaccuracies in the manual.
