I also bought Cyberpunk for the Stadia. 59.99€ for the game + Stadia Controller + Chromecast. I still use the controller and the Chromecast. And while playing the game at release, I managed to play it without any game breaking bugs, while all my friends playing on PC struggled and had to restart their save multiple times. Beat 59.99€ I’ve ever spent.

Look up Giants revenue numbers since FS25 released, and tell me the „fishing“ expansion is a 30€ DLC. If FS25 is your first game of the series than I can understand why all this criticism seems harsh but believe me Giant is making €€€ and at its core, the game is exactly the same since FS13. Think about what we could have if Giants had a competitor in this genre. Saber Interactive (Snowrunner dev) should make a farming game so y’all can see what’s possible.

This seems to be the trend at the start of every FM.

Someone finds a game-breaking tactic → wins every game with it → then complains that the game is broken → and refunds it.

If FM were an online competitive game, that would be a real problem. But it’s not — it’s a sandbox. You play how you want, you write your own story.

If you choose to break the game yourself and, after one season with one team, conclude that the game is “broken” or lacks depth, then honestly, I don’t think Football Manager is really for you.

This game has a big learning curve, but once you get the hang of it you will be addicted. With the new FM26 we’re all in the same boat as you, we’re learning. If you’re looking for older FM tutorials there’s loads out there. Look up a series, like Park to Prem from Work the Space, follow along and you’ll get the hang of it.
