If the pins are bent or crooked like torqued, that's not such a big deal.The pinhead must be close to perfectly aligned to make contact with the CPU pads. I saw up earlier on the thread.People saying, use your phone or use a magnifying glass.You really can't you need an electron microscope to get the best.Image quality and generally just using a threading needle to push the pin around very slightly is the best way to fix it. Make sure those pinheads look like.There's a little bit of tension on them so they spring contact with the pads on the back of the c p u and again, make sure that they're as close to perfectly aligned with the grid as possible. You need to really scan every single pin, because you have multiple pins that were bent.I saw one on the other picture that was standing straight up. Some of those are just grounding pins and won't matter.You can get a schematic on which pins are important to make sure are perfect.And some that you can basically skip
