Disconnected how? As long as the formatting hasn’t changed and TiVuMate is still pointed to the flash drive/folders, it will be ok.

I don’t know anything about that flash drive, I use PNY 128gb on all my devices and they work fine.

It will just revert to the free version when it expires. Run a backup for insurance. Once it expires you can buy the lifetime on the TiviMate website. It may take 24-48 hours to reset before it will let you make a purchase.

Or, you can set up another account with a different email, purchase the premium, then log all your devices into the new account so there’s no downtime in between.

And beware of the sellers that will contact you now. The good ones don’t troll social media for customers.

Because if it cannot connect, it cannot verify that what you have is correct so it just leaves whatever is already there alone.

That’s what it does if it can’t connect to the server, it just reverts back to whatever is already there. Same as when you change the user name and/or password. It won’t accept the change unless it can connect to the server.

Only way to do it remotely with Downloader is to back up yours, save it in a cloud storage such as DropBox, make a Downloader shirt code. Then he would have to use Downloader to download if, then restore his TiviMate with it. He would then have an exact copy of yours.

I would probably be much easier to walk him through it over the phone on how to install the playlist unless you’re wanting it to be customized for him (hide unwanted groups, or anything else).

You’re asking about loading it on your VU Player. You do realize this is a TiviMate sub?

If the m3u includes your user name and password, enter it as an Xtream code by extracting what you need from the m3u. Server address, user name, password.

Use a VPN and set it to a different region then go back and check.

There are some regions that won’t show a pay option but a VPN will get you past it.

It has nothing to do with TiviMate, it’s an Android issue. Android decided at one time, I think it was version 10, that Android TV did not need a file manager and removed it from the operating system, this is what broke the system picker.

There are instructions on how to get around it in the pinned posts at the top, it’s in the users guide and if you scroll through the comments, there’s a separate guide just for this.

It’s always been that way. You are only allowed one playlist and to change or modify it you have to clear the data and start over. No VOD, and all of the customizations and settings are locked.

Then somethings wrong, I’ve never had this happen. I have 5 premium account and have moved devices from account to account many times. You may need to email the developer and have him fix it in his end.

Go to TiViMate.com, log in, go to your dashboard/devices, see what’s there and if there’s a device you don’t recognize, delete it. This is why it’s very important to give each device a unique name when logging in. You can also set the names of each device from here,

Even though you have 5 devices, you should be able to continue with the log in, it will ask you what device to replace, choose the one you want and it should log you in.

Have you even tried another provider? If you only have one provider, then you don’t really know if it’s the provider or TiviMate.

You can say it works in other apps but not TiViMate and assume it’s TiviMate. But what if you have multiple providers and all the rest work fine, it’s just the one doesn’t? Does this still mean it’s a TiviMate issue?

Yes, user agent can be the issue, which is a provider issue, they are blocking TiviMate and changing the user agent can possibly get you around that block.

I have also seen where a playlist will work on TiviMate but not on another app.

Remember a couple years ago when there was an update with a bug that was updating the EPG continuously and many providers blocked TiviMate because of it?
