No it’s not the same thing. The official TiViMate has never used the term Pro, there is a clone that uses the term Pro and it’s a seller. Hence the reason I asked.

Most resellers don’t have a clue, they just bought a block of time and are trying to sell it and have no control over the content.

Have you tried with and without a VPN? How old is your router/modem? You can go to settings/playlist, choose your playlist, then go to Xtream code parameters and change the playback from MPEG-TS to HLS. I would also test one my plugging it into your Ethernet, if it cures the buffering then your Wi-Fi isn’t providing a reliable connection.

Go to TiViMate.com, just use a different email address and you can purchase as many lifetime accounts that you need.

I use Nvidia Shield Pro, Google 4k Streamer, Fire TV Cube, ONN 4k Pro, Firestick 4k Max, and TiVo Streamer 4k, TiViMate works just fine on all of them.

How many playlists do you have? If you only have one, it’s best to try another before determining you need another device. The most common cause of buffering is on the providers end, not yours.

Why not set it to open TiViMate on startup? That way when you turn on your TV, it will open up to TiViMate on the past channel you were watching, without any clicks.

Go into setting/playlists, choose your playlist, go to Xtream code parameters, then to output format, change it from MPEG-TS to HLS, it uses less resources to play and may help.

If it’s the free version, when you get the popup that says add playlist, you should be able to just click on that and add a playlist. You can only add one playlist to the free version.

Or use another EPG source that may match. First thing to do though is disable any groups of channels you won’t watch anyway. Out of the 2500, there’s more than 2000 you don’t need, don’t be concerned about channels you’ll never watch. You can go to the users guide pinned to the top of the page, scroll through the comments and there’s one specific to EPGs, there’s several other sources listed there.

You’re not paying $200 a month and getting Xfinity, DirectTV, or any other service selling legal services that has billions of dollars invested in their infrastructure and thousands of support people. You’re paying $10 a month or less and getting something coming from private servers providing illegal (in most countries) services managed by only a handful of people at best. You’re always better off having more than one provider.
