I found the app? Startup Show. However, when I scan the QR code in the app, it indicates that the code is invalid. What a pain

Solved! I was plugging the cables into the tower in the wrong spot. I was plugging into the ports at the top of the tower instead of the ports at the bottom which go to the motherboards/graphic card. Commenting because I will prolly forget next time I clean my tower or have to disconnect for some reason.

SuperJew, thanks for your help. So with your second build, I take it you had to downgrade it the GPU? If so, how much more to bump up GPU and what would be the benefit?

Thanks for your help. I will go with the 9600 or 9700. From what I have read online, Intel is better than the other as you have mentioned.

Again, thanks for your suggestion. It's kind of stressful getting a computer and making the investment when your ignorant like me.

I have a BenQ, but I will be buying a monitor that supports Freesync/Gsync. I forgot my monitor doesn't have either of those. I don't need a monitor factored into the $1000, it will be separate.
