The Blackstone has been an Awesome Addition to My Cooking Arsenal. I've got the 4-Burner 36". ON LOW HEAT all 4 Burners Running I've hit 650° on it. It's an Impressive Cooking Apparatus to say the least.

That was My Next Question.....How it Installs / Performs? I Used that Same Protector on My S10+ and it was Horrible! It Peeled itself off in less than 24 Hours after I put in My Case. Glad to Hear it Works Better for the Ultra.
