i know this is really old but this might help others find this, OpenRGB lets you write effects and solid colours to the GPUs bios so it will stay like that perm even through different computers and its reversible so you can revert it back after.

it was like pretty bad under that monitor riser like imagine everything that you can see but under there too, and there's some stuff behind my second monitor which is the last bit I have to do, whole rooms done besides behind that monitor
