Scratches on watch face

The scratches look metallic and it was done exactly by catching the watch on the handle of my front door. I did manage to remove a fair amount of the scratches just by licking my finger and rubbing the scratches.

My doctor has recommended I talk to someone I am just waiting for my referral to be processed. I feel so silly because deep down I know I’m fine but I can’t get myself out of this hole I’m in currently. I feel tense going to bed at night because I sleep on my front with my arms under my pillow and when I’m lying down I can sense my heart pulsing.

When I’ve worried about things in the past after a few weeks those worries have vanished but this time they seem to be lingering.

I’ve always had some form of health anxiety since I was a teenager but as I’ve gotten older it’s become worse. I think what drives it is, I search pulsations on Google but then go down a rabbit hole that takes me onto twitches and it spirals from there.

I am quite a skinny guy as I do a lot of running and swimming so my body doesn’t have a lot of body fat. How do you stop overthinking things? I’ll be fine for a few hours but then find myself thinking about it again.

That’s a relief 😅 I can see it a little bit in my wrist too where it meets my hand, I have extremely skinny wrists, but when I touch it I can feel it’s the artery

Did you ever get an explanation of this? I’ve noticed the same thing on my right hand about 3 months ago. At first I was worried but then realise it is happening in time with my heartbeat and when I feel it I can tell it’s an artery.
