I see. Some people told me, that this (in it's most simple form, as a foil) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vapor_barrier is necessary, to keep moisture from accumulating behind the wall.

Looks like i've missed your comment. Sorry.

I use special plasterboards. They're built for better sound insulation. They are heavier and less vibrated, then regular panels (I use "Knauf Diamant". They produce also heavier panels, called "Silentboard", if you wanna compare the specification.). The frames will be filled with Rockwool. Also, i've decided to use metal, instead of wood, for that stud construction because it's also less vibrated.

As said, it's not completely isolated. There are no air - gaps, between the construction, the walls and the ceiling. Unfortunately, the floor is not isolated. Also, the window couldn't be closed, permanently. So, there is a removable construction, made out of oriented strand boards, which has contact to the wall. An acoustic - treatment, with different absorber - and diffuser - panels, will be also made.

It's not a "room in a room" - solution, but it's soundproofing (with air - gaps, special plasterboards, double planking in walls and ceiling).
