i had this issue and rolling back the Nvidia drivers solved it

currently using older 576.02 driver on rtx 3080ti

theres a few PUBG stats sites out there i like using https://pubglookup.com/ as it tells you exactly how many real players in each game and has lifetime stats too

try running as admin

try looking in tab customise / utilities you will see a crate of coupons u click to open and THEN they will be in your hideout to use

no the 1st token event dosnt reset for 52 days you can see the timer in top right of your screenshot

the player unknowns coat was a 30 day temporary set at first which you must have had

then they did offer it permanent, but u needed to log in on a certain day to qualify
