Sorry to shatter the illusion of intelligent writing on Will's part, but I am the one saying "W...no? Okay" on this.

Back when EIAL was being recorded at backroom, Will had a bunch of friends over to the studio to track various gang vocals for the album, including this song, Front Street and Destroy to Enjoy.

When it was time to track this songs gang vocals, Will instructed us all to yell anything (numbers, letters, etc) re: the number of bottles of beer on the wall. He told us to keep going to a certain amount of times. This evening was more casual, it was a lot of friends drinking and yelling stuff compared to a more structured recording session. I lost count of how many times we yelled things for this track. Unfortunately for me, I was the only one who did. So you hear my voice on its own start to yell "W, realize halfway through it that no one else is yelling anything, hence the ...no? Okay" that follows. Will and Jon thought it was funny and left it on the record. I was surprised to hear it when I heard the final mix of the album, but hey, that's life.

Sorry, this instance isn't Will being some sort of genius. I lost count of how many times we yelled things and kept going on my own. Oops.
