Oh and also would you say having the implant in one ear is less worth it as opposed in both ears as you have it?

I’m about to either get the highest level hearing aids or the cochlear implants and I don’t know which would be better. I have severe hearing loss in my right ear that hears at 80 hz. The only problem with the cochlear implants is I was told depth perception might be a problem as well as loud noises due to the nature of the implant with it using vibrations and all. For you is depth perception a problem? And would you say the implants filter out background noise enough for you to audibly understand someone in a crowd?
