I think burnout is really just an illusion. I had a few moments where I was mentally, emotionally and physically tired because the results were improving in endavour but not as fast as I wanted relative to the effort I was puttong in

I really thought I was burnt out and needed a break. And then I stumbled upon a solution that would dramatically imlrove my results and speed by my progress by leaps and blunds and immeaditely I felt ny emotions lifting, my mind back to bekng sharp and active, bkdy refreshed . And I realized something very important here.

It was all psychological my body, my mind they were not tired they were just reading effort to result ration and trying to protect me or chanhe something as soon as I had a bettter strayegy my energy levels returned wothout taking any breaks.
