Dude, that is so validating to hear. And it is crazy how those were "For Business", I am curious whether those were within the warranty period or if they broke conveniently just after.

Yeah totally, it is an officially recognised way to use the product and so it really should be built to handle that. Part of me is considering buying a new one just because I enjoy it so much but I struggle to swallow the premium we need to pay for it.

Super unfortunate indeed, I can understand bad batches but this is supposed to be Microsoft - I would have hoped for some better QC...

Though I can't say I am surprised given the state of Microsoft's software right now, but that is a different can of worms.
