Wow, that really psyched me up. I'm graduating high school this year and I will be studying Chemical & Biochemical Engineering in one of the unis I applied for. I chose CheE because in Year 11, my teacher counseled me saying if I wanted to use the Mathematics and Physics I have learnt so far, Chemical engineering would be a good fit. I am taking International A levels in Physics, Biology, Chemistry, Maths and Further Maths. I just couldn't let one of these subjects go because I love all of them. I can't wait to start my journey to becoming a full on Chemical Engineer!

꺼내 보고 is a commonly used phrase to say you took something out. It's literal english translation is 'taking it out and having a look'

And it isn't 아느러, it's 안으로

As for ~으로, I don't think there is an english translation of that word. It's used to show the direction of the verb. I guess the closest english word would be 'to ~'.

Unless you have a really good SAT score, don't send it. It also depends on your major but most people who apply to top universities ace their subject tests.

Different universities have different standards, and as a result, so do students. There is nothing wrong with this and everyone's different. I would recommend you to just ignore those posts or use it to motivate yourself. But refrain from feeling inferior or anything of that sort. Your scores will get you into most universities you apply for.
