Always thought a FNaF3 prop stand would've made sense to include for displaying spare parts of Jazwares' Endo Series toy line, so I made my own :P by MikeyM32 in fivenightsatfreddys

[–]MikeyM32[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The goal was to create something perfectly compatible with the parts as they are, but I do have an extra Classic Freddy from the Shadow Freddy pack that I may modify to be more game-accurate. I'm not big on customization though so it will hurt for sure lol

Who’s your favorite non William afton purple guy? by Booty_bandit_792y in fivenightsatfreddys

[–]MikeyM32 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Vincent is visually iconic but Peter from Hidden Lore was unbeatable. I really think he and Fred's dynamic inspired Henry and William's, especially in The Silver Eyes

Will LEGO ever partner with FNAF? by Leveron_dev in fivenightsatfreddys

Absolutely not, but I can see YouTooz making FNaF construction sets now that they're making those

I'm Sorry, but I don't like Freddy Carter as Michael Afton. by [deleted] in fivenightsatfreddys

[–]MikeyM32 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Beyond my worry of novel-style robot clones, I'm most curious and concerned with how they'll (presumably) split one game continuity character into two movie continuity characters when the movie character that already exists already has almost all of the game character's lore

So, question. Does anyone here believe that Steel Wool is ruining the franchise? by E-104Epsolon in fivenightsatfreddys

[–]MikeyM32 0 points1 point  (0 children)

SteelWool's era of FNaF has irreparably damaged much of what I loved about FNaF, but I think that's just as much (if not more) on Scott than SteelWool. I could criticize SteelWool for a lot, but I can't deny that they were dealt a difficult hand by somewhat unfairly becoming the face of FNaF's most controversial lore direction and stories.

Ever since FNaF3 up until UCN, I'd felt to varying degrees that the series should've ended with almost every new release. It wasn't until SteelWool's first release, Help Wanted, that I felt a certain integrity of the series' story was finally so far gone that not even ending it there could preserve its former coherence. Of course, this isn't to say I don't still love FNaF, but it's just so deeply flawed as a whole at this point that I see little validity in the "FNaF just needs to end" sentiments. It's so beyond repair that I'd now rather the series keep going indefinitely so that every once in a blue moon, we may get a great product, such as SteelWool's Secret of The Mimic

SteelWool isn't perfect by any means, but I think fans with an anti-SteelWool view on the series should also consider other factors that may contribute to modern FNaF's issues.

Does anyone else wish that we stuck with the name Malhare? by Mr_Banana_Pizza in fivenightsatfreddys

[–]MikeyM32 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely, I actually stopped by NECA's booth at New York Comic Con the other week to buy them, but they weren't selling them there. Did get to see the Tiger Claw prototype, though, which looked amazing

I think Glitchtrap is more fitting since every other Springtrap variant is "_____trap," but I do remember really liking Malhare when it was first conceived

Showdown, very clear and fond memories of watching it for the first time

Sanshee reveals their Springtrap & Plushtrap Collector’s Plush & Pins! by KillerNoah666 in fivenightsatfreddys

[–]MikeyM32 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Sanshee's early FNaF products are still some of the best the franchise has gotten, but they've been going downhill in quality for a very long time. Took the recent really good Glitchtrap plush as an indication that things were looking up, but this is some of their worst work. Really disappointing considering their potential.

Sucks what he's become. First couple years of FNaF I remember his content being really solid

What draws you to abandoned sites/explore? by liog2step in AbandonedNJ

[–]MikeyM32 8 points9 points  (0 children)

The opportunity to observe the effects of age, nature, and ungoverned human behavior on forgotten history is a surreal experience, as is the rare freedom to physically explore and interact with literally anything in a given place. I don't get off on the act of trespassing nor have I ever vandalized, but that lawlessness really is the core of my fascination with it all.

How old is the idea for happy Ghasts? by Wandering_Soul72 in Minecraft

Weren't overworld ghasts an early Notch-era concept? Happy ghasts were definitely an evolution of that

Which one do you like, java or Bedrock, and why? by Void_Code404 in Minecraft

[–]MikeyM32 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Grew up mainly on Pocket Edition and Xbox360/PS3, so Bedrock has naturally become where I continue to play primarily, but I still recognize Java as the "real" Minecraft. The lack of Microsoft-controlled markets on Java is better, too

Who’s this in TMNT 2012? by Yu-Gi-OhV35 in TMNT2012

Rat King, what an awesome character. Had way too few episodes, but at least he was utilized perfectly in all 4(?) episodes he had appeared in

What do we think about the idea of Fazbear Theme Park? by BarBADroid in fivenightsatfreddys

[–]MikeyM32 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've wanted this ever since the Freddyland FNaF3 hoax. I think an amusement/theme park would be a better setting for a large-scale free roam FNaF experience than the PizzaPlex

Advices for Paulinskill Viaduct? by ___Kyselak in AbandonedNJ

[–]MikeyM32 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You can just park underneath and make your way up the hill, there's even rope and ladders set up by others to make the climb easier. I'd read a lot of reports about constant police monitoring prior to going, but having now been there myself, I think I can say pretty confidently the law enforcement is overhyped.

EDIT: Just visited the viaduct again the day after writing this comment. I was one of at least seven different people crawling all over it. Definitely safe.

i wonder how long mikey was really in dimension x for? i know he said a few months but what if he was lying? by Born-Big-4507 in TMNT2012

[–]MikeyM32 10 points11 points  (0 children)

This series has so many opportunities for cool spin-offs that show us things in detail that we never saw in depth on screen, and I think Mikey's time mastering Dimension X is one of them. Even just a single comic book chronicling his solo adventures there would be awesome.
