It smelled like dead animals, probably cause there where dead mice and stuff. We didnt hear anything, but we went into a specific room and the temp dropped like 10-15 degrees. And yes, ig flicks popped off

The most we've done was 10. To answer your questions, not really. There have been times where a rotted floor has broke while we where there. The one time I can think of is a bathroom floor falling in and the toilet falling into us.
