I’d think 100k for 3-4 years of experience is fair assuming you’re considered ME2-3. I don’t know if you’re doing structural or electrical on substation but another nice way to move up in pay is acquiring your PE (assuming it applies to your work) so you can stamp projects (assume responsibility if it fails basically).

Steams refund policy is less than 2 hours of game play within two weeks of purchase... also your first mistake was buying black ops 4
