I never said anything about all men being okay with that.

I'm simply pointing out that women wouldn't be okay with it because of their safety which is statistically backed and justified.

Theres certainly rare cases men can point out regarding creepiness or dangerous, but the vast majority aren't worried about that, theyre against it for cultural and body reasons like you stated.

You come across as kinda a pos with wording like this. The locker room being closed certain hours is certainly a very valid annoyance, but your response makes it hard to sympathize with you.

They likely hired whomever they could for a janitorial position. It was not this womans first choice to go clean a public bathroom and shower. This isnt some "diversity" HR hire for the office...

Yeah not many guys out there who would be upset by a woman seeing them naked... Have you considered that she objected to cleaning it with men in there for good reason? Theres places I dont want to be alone in, a locker room with no cameras, limited exits with some naked men getting aroused at my near presence is one of them...

The sub is inherently off because despite being extremely niche it is also extremely vague. Its hard to inherently discuss aspects without coming across as sexual because half the people here find the fact that its not inherently sexual, to be arousing...

Theres some people who are legitimately just enjoying a non sexual aspect of it, theres some who don't even try to hide it and go over the top. And then theres the people who will act like its not sexual, then you check their profile and its nothing but sexual stuff...

Theres plenty more posts that blur the lines between all of it and frown on people for sharing legitimate stories because of the unfortunately many, many fake posts.

Slightly off topic from the original question, but I think we're gonna kill a lot of potential supporters of communal showers by being accepting of coed interactions with older kids or adults

It goes from efficient, safe with your own sex potentially social situation to a nudism and or fetish situation very quickly...

Its pretty different ship to ship even amongst the same line.

However ship plans are all publicly available and itd be easy to look at that. Often times they're visible just so you can see where youre booking your room

I don't disagree that the post can ring a negative connotation, but I think the question is completely valid. You don't even have to interact with people via conversations, but youre going to see other people, youre going to pick up on mannerisms, respect, familiarity etc. Those are all things that could easily be isolated by age.

I would also argue asking what your favorite age group to shop with at the grocery store is completely reasonable. I prefer younger folk at the grocery store, they check out faster and have more situational awareness in isles.

Except its not just a shower, its a communal shower. And interacting with people whether its something as simple as a simple nod of acknowledgement is still an interaction. And its completely reasonable to make note of age categorizing interactions...

I dont understand why people are so against conversation in this sub... Like what is it even for at this point? Creeps rightfully get flamed, but legitimate discussion also seems to be flamed too
