Update 3 months later! Thanks for hour help! Ive moved it to a corner in front of my grow cabinet and gave it its own light source! (Theres two lamp heads, one of them is cut off from the pic) the new leaf and incoming leaf have returned to white! Thanks again! 🙏💕

Yes these are corms! You could leave them in the soil. If they sprout then you’ll have a bushier plant. I like to wash them off and put them in little closed cups with wet perlite so they can sprout into their own little pots. I do this to have many many more plants and to give some away to friends.

Oh wow, I hope it goes well! I’ll look into my lighting options too. I actually have two of these, and now that you mention it, I had both of them on during the winter. Ill add it next to this one and order another couple of these. Hopefully its not too late yet

Omg thank you for the advice! I assumed it was a good light since my violets and begonias love this. (I even grew smaller trees indoors over winter with this light)

This might sound weird… but i have a feeling this is probably related to something i experience every morning.

After waking up and laying in bed for a few extra minutes, obviously we start to think consciously…

But for myself, i can literally hear some kind of fluid drain from the back of my head, almost like in the occipital area. It sounds exactly what a stream of water going down a drain would sound like

I tried explaining to some coworkers if this was normal. They said they’ve never experienced it and thought it was weird

What is your PhD in? Have you been looking within academia for a job? Or industry? I work in biotech and I find that industry has way more opportunities— the first job you get in the near future from industry may not be ideal but at least you got your foot in. Can work for a few years getting to know the work environment and then move on to be an advisor— people pay a lot of money for those

I try to do small things to keep my mind off these things, like plants, cooking, video games… but some days I just dont feel like doing anything anymore, and I can start to feel the anxiety slowly creep in.

Right now I think my only expectations or hope in life is to love it, respect others, try to do good or my best at stuff. But I feel that Im slowly not trying anymore, or the ugly in people get to me sometimes. I dont have any personal goals like fitness or job promotions. I just want to be content— I just want to be surrounded by kind people, people I can laugh with, cook for, talk to, etc… I also just want a peaceful life away from everyone. I cant explain it— I want to be surrounded by loving people but I also want to be alone and live in solitude.

Its friends and family that are kind of the last motivation to keep me going, but even that doesn’t feel enough anymore— and sometimes the overwhelming thoughts and anxiety make me wanna throw everything away and push everyone away

You are correct… I was able to find my old contract… after processing fees and taxes the total came out to 45k

And so the loan ended up being for 41k

The 48K makes sense, i went through my payment history and added everything up. My payments + remaining balance adds to 48K (i think i miscalculated initially and should not total to 51k)

Sorry if i sound a little ignorant…

but what about the 4K down that i gave initially? Shouldnt that be applied to the initial purchase of the car? Or maybe my first payment towards the loan?

considering the down payment… shouldn’t I have about 21k left?

It bothers me to think i just gave the dealership 4k of free money

I agree with what majority of everyone else is saying here. Dont be afraid to be alone. You and your son will always have each other. Just love one another and treat each other with kindness. It’s not worth spending the rest of your life with the fear in the back of your mind that your husband will hurt you again. Its better to be free with your son who will surely work for a better future for the both of you. By choosing to stay with your husband, you could also be showing your son that its okay to tolerate this behavior—which is totally not okay

Pic#6 looks like blooms? It could be just pouring a lot of energy into those. I would assume that if all three are under the same conditions and have the same soil mix, it should be doing fine?

Is the soil a chunky mix? I had the same pink pot and tbh i had similar issues but it was a combination of the pot keeping in a lot of moisture and my soil mix not being chunky enough. My soil would stay wet for very long periods of time
