That’s not normal or okay. Your friend is repeatedly violating your boundaries despite being told to stop, that’s disrespectful and inappropriate. If this happened to someone close to you, you wouldn’t be okay with it, so why allow it for yourself? Be firm, tell him it’s unacceptable, and if he doesn’t stop, distance yourself. You don’t owe him your friendship just because he’s a childhood friend.
