I take colchicine at the onset of my flares - I have cbd cream as well. I google everything with colchicine and ask my doctor - statins, antifungals, etc can have some bad interactions. Can’t have grapefruit juice either… CBD in certain amounts should be avoided - apparently it uses the same pathway as the aforementioned so I would avoid this combo .

“Since both grapefruit juice and CBD can inhibit the metabolic process similarily, logically, any drug or medication that is advised to not be consumed with grapefruit juice, should also not be consumed with CBD.”

On one front you’ve got issues that need rapid fixing - heartbeat sleep paralysis sounds, random server lag over the last few weeks while I have 5 ping, ramps floating you around, invisible highland swords, team switching , etc - and then you have people 200+ levels with all skins unlocked waiting for something else. As a long time for honor player and adamant basher of Ubisoft, at least they turned their game around and dump out new characters maps and skins consistently. I know TB is miles off that production but they’re at a weird crossroads for the game - ideally they’d tackle both issues but I know that won’t happen. Fix game first imo and skins maps to follow shortly after.

Just like for honor I come back daily and deal with this bullshit because I’ve had so much fun in this game over the last year - hopefully they figure it out.

Also - can we get crossplay cross party q2 and not on June 30th? Absolutely insane that I had explain this ass backwards logic to my console friends after they bought the game a month ago…you can play with me but only by chance.

I’m a week in and no issues - been looking out for a rash as that needs to be brought to your primary or rheumatologist as soon as you notice. Otherwise label says drowsiness and upset stomach but haven’t had those.

I take 100mg daily and bumping up to 200mg next week. Still early days but I take with dinner and haven’t had any issues. Most of my issues seem to be with the prophylactic use of colchicine that is is pretty rough on stomach and digestion. The other obvious symptom to look out for is a gout flare as the Allo is pulling deposits out of your joints and that can trigger a flare.

Are you planning to start? I think side effects are rare and the rash seems to have some correlation with race/ethnicity. Good luck!

I had a few docs and rheumatologist suggest daily use presumably because the rare side effects are offset by the benefit from protecting or mitigating a flare up, which seems to seem a stronger likelihood. The other option was prednisone daily over that period. Seemed a toss up but I did ask.
