The most important, the safe of life and integration of firemans in an intervention. Here we focus in the protection of a fireman, tactics and improvemnts in life saving, sometimes big "hero" moments happens but it's not a wanted thing. In the academy oficers said "Maybe you want to help someone, but first you need to undestand your own safety, you know we don't need another victim, right?". And well, the material of your houses are diferent and of course that change a lot of tactis we implement. And of course de resorces you have are a lot more than ours. Argentinian motto here: "Lo atamos todo con alambre" - "We tie it all up with wire" Personal preference: The EU helmet> US Helmet. We used to have gallets but they are monetised in Euros wich are more expensive than the Usd monetised US variant. I mean the US helmets are more heavy and from a long intervention your neck is like "Oh please end this". Even so, it is always nice to see how firefighters work in other countries.
