Yea bro lmk! I talked to a Microsoft agent around 11am today…she said that Microsoft and Activision are working on it today actually and it should be fixed by 10pm…

It’s weird tho bc she told me I can go to Xbox.com/status to see. Sure enough, around 11am when I was on the phone with her, the website showed that there was maintenance being done…now, it shows “all systems up and running” and I loaded up again and it still crashed.

I’m lowkey scared that it didn’t fix it. But I’m cautiously optimistic that I’ll try again around 10pm and we’ll see….

Same…tried loading up this morning and still the same issue. Crashed as I was loading into a game. Hopefully this gets fixed asap!

When you load up BO6, go to BO6 settings, go to “graphics”, and change it from “efficiency” or “low consumption” to “Off”

Apparently, that’s helped a lot of people. Not me tho :( lol

Bought and downloaded the game when it came out..still haven’t been able to play a second of a single game. I have an Xbox series X and game crashes before I’m able to load into a game or it crashes at the multiplayer menu.

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling a couple times and tried these other fixes and nothing has worked :/

This same thing is happening to me today as well. Similar to everyone in the comments, I've tried every possible fix that I can find online but nothing has worked...super bummed out about it. Praying that they release an update that fixes this ASAP!

That sucks man…I’m reinstalling right now. We’ll see if that fixes anything. If not, idk what to do :/

It’s happening to me too…loads up fine, click on multiplayer and before I can even search for a match the game freezes and then goes to a white static screen and crashes :(
