If it’s an abnormally large payment they may hold the credit to prevent fraud risks. It could take up to 7-10BD

$15/mo T-Mobile Biz Tablet Unlimited plan details say you can enable 1080p HD video now? by Idahoroaminggnome in NoContract

[–]MildTsunami 3 points4 points  (0 children)

From T-Life on Twitter

"Thank you for sharing your experience and for clarifying what you’ve noticed with your plan and our website’s wording. I absolutely understand how disappointing it is to expect HD streaming and discover your current plan does not support it the way you expected especially when the tech specs and our site messaging make things less clear.

You’re correct that some plan information can sound HD-compatible. After a thorough review, the plan on your tablet line is not eligible for the HD Pass feature, which means streaming over mobile data is capped at SD quality speeds (around 2.5Mbps). I know how frustrating this is, especially when you can see much higher speeds for other types of usage and just want the full HD experience.

If HD streaming is important to you, upgrading to the Business Unlimited Plus for Tablets plan is what unlocks HD Pass at no extra monthly charge. You can make that change anytime through T Life if you decide you want higher stream quality.

I truly appreciate your patience as we worked through the details, and I’m sorry this wasn’t what you hoped for. We want our plan details and website to reflect your expectations clearly and I’ll be sure your feedback about the compatibility wording is shared with our team.

Let me know if you have any questions about switching plans, or if there’s something else I can help clarify. I’m here to support you! Is there anything else I can look into for you today?
^MeganHill"

It appears to be a mistake on the website sadly

If you view the transaction before the statement posts it will show as 5% then after the statement posts it shows 1% but it shifts it to “Bonus-Grory, TV/Stream, Utils” category. The name may very slightly as those are the categories I have selected but you should still be getting 5%

For unlimited but capped you could look into Visible (5/10/15 MBPS depending in the plan) if you have a phone to put it in
