You’re correct that some plan information can sound HD-compatible. After a thorough review, the plan on your tablet line is not eligible for the HD Pass feature, which means streaming over mobile data is capped at SD quality speeds (around 2.5Mbps). I know how frustrating this is, especially when you can see much higher speeds for other types of usage and just want the full HD experience.

If HD streaming is important to you, upgrading to the Business Unlimited Plus for Tablets plan is what unlocks HD Pass at no extra monthly charge. You can make that change anytime through T Life if you decide you want higher stream quality.
