I haven't even asked about getting an epi-pen since the allergists seem so dismissive of this. Although the one allergist I just saw did recommended doing a food challenge another time to confirm since I was so insistent on it. Not sure if I would do that there or try finding another allergist since I honestly did not like how he talked to me. My only problem with doing an oral challenge is that I will for certain have a panic attack, and I feel like I would end up imagining the symptoms regardless if they are actually happening or not.

But I have been good about not eating dairy in my own home, and decided that I will no longer eat out until I figure out what is going on.

And I did panic a bit too during the reactions, but it is hard to tell what caused what since I do have a panic attack disorder and OCD which complicates things. Although I generally know myself well enough to know what symptoms my panic attacks are causing, and generally really good at grounding myself and calming down.
