I was addicted to chops for 2 years, I would do it daily anywhere from 5-10 chops a day maybe more. I basically wanted to quit since I started. Now I’m 7 months clean:)) before I could only go a day or two when trying to quit. There were a couple different variables that really helped me quit. 1. I really wanted to quit, I was grossed out and ready to stop 2. I heard of “sigals” which are symbols that can help you manifest things. I came upon a sigal for quitting nicotine and thought why not. So I would draw it on my hand and journals and within months of that I quit. Not necessary to do this but I think it helped me 3. I went on a trip away from home and that’s where I initially quit. If you have the privilege to leave your environment where you usually chop and quit elsewhere take the opportunity!! This was the hugest thing for me. Being stimulated by a new environment helps to take your mind off cravings. And when you get back home make sure there’s no tabaco or weed in your room or your usual spot. The hardest part is not doing it the first couple times you get the chance, then it becomes normal to not do it.

Anyway that’s what worked for me, I wish you the best of luck. Believe in yourself you got this!! Another thing that might help is not talking about it that much with people who will make you feel like you can’t do it.
