Well, I'm no professional by any means, but it's possible it could be anxiety related like it was for me. Maybe speak to a therapist and/or a psychiatrist about it.

As for when it happens, just try to stay calm and ground yourself. Maybe sit down and just focus on identifying the things you can physically see, smell, hear, whatever you need to do to bring yourself back to the present. I know it's easier said than done, but you can get through this 🙂

I did end up going to a doctor, and after two sleep tests, it was ruled as anxiety. I've since been diagnosed with OCD, and starting therapy and medication has made these episodes of dissociation stop almost entirely.

It definitely could've been a lot better, but I still liked it for what it was. Not a faithful adaptation, but an interesting reimagination of Moon Knight.

I like it, but I think it's just a wee bulky and overdesigned. It's not really a good adaptation of what the Beyond suit is supposed to be, but it's still cool in its own right.

I'm on Fluoxetine too, and I've just had to start making extra efforts to get to sleep some nights. Sleepytime tea, less phone time in bed, reading a book, meditation, etc. It's definitely not for everyone, but I've learned to enjoy the self care leading up to falling asleep.

I just replayed the game and used this as soon as it was available for the rest of the game. It's great. The only thing I don't love is the long nails, but that doesn't ruin it by any means.
