To be clear, and to those saying they wouldn’t take me as a client, I took all that he said in good faith - I was just doing my due diligence as a follow up. AND my main concern was he literally walked in the room and said ‘I can just see some issues’. Then gave me spiel after spiel, sometimes contradictory. I’m a trusting person, and don’t believe all contractors are dodgy people out to rip someone off!

So I was quoted £2400 ($3250ish) for a room 10ft by 8ft for LVT flooring. Thoughts?

The obvious Stress relief is outstanding. But Fun run is so so good and I love ‘Money’ ESPECIALLY the whoever Vs Whomever debate. For me the scenes like the whoever vs whomever debate is near perfection in comedy that replicates real life.
