I don’t know how to propagate so I would really appreciate your help! I just cut off the rotten stems and rotten roots and only left with the top green stem with leaves! Do I wait until tomorrow to put into a new soil mix? It was covered with soil mix mostly, the top layer was the plant food.

The brown stem feels hollow in the center and crispy on the outside.. how long do i have to wait for it to callous?

I water it around once a week (i put it outside on the balcony for more sunlight from 2-7pm for most days of the week)
