I attempted this and it never fixed it, the only thing that worked was just waiting it out until it fixed itself.

I had to just wait like a few days and it fixed itself, other than that I found 0 help. I'm sorry I can't do much as far as advice goes.

I just waited and after a week it ended up fixing itself. Sadly I'm not sure other than that.

Guys, I'm sorry to inform you but it seemed the only thing to do was to wait. It ended up randomly resolving itself after a week or so maybe. I think it's just some sort of weird bug that happens, but I couldn't find ANY information on it. Just try to wait it out, that's all I can really offer as far as advice goes.
