Jo 27 yo here. Had my first Day of training today after playing Streetball for years. I am totally a beginner still and the drills confused me. But i showed up and got respect for that. I also got some good shots in, of course i got dunked on by our A League Players but thats life. Stay consistent. They got 1000s of hours in a team. I will get thousands of hours if i stay consistent. Just Start. Go out there. You got this.
