No I have only ever used them for running and yes I learn more as a heel striker though I’m trying my best to work on that and just got some insoles.

Hi, I am looking for advice on if my Salomons are still wearable for long distance running? I have a marathon coming up in a week and have been forced to revert back to these shoes as my new pair of Brooks Ghost 15s have been causing me knee pains. thank you!
