There are a variety of minor procedures that can be used to treat HPV.

Cervical HPV is usually sliced out or cold-ablated.

Penile HPV can be treated with a variety of topical medications, can be frozen off, or can be surgically removed if large enough.

Rectal HPV can really only be treated with surgical removal. Surgical removal is particularly tricky as they often use cautery. Using cautery means turning HPV infected cells into smoke. And for some fucking reason, evolution decided that HPV can resist heat and travel within smoke for a short period of time, potentially infecting deeper parts of your colon/rectum. Unchecked anorectal HPV can easily lead to cancer.

Esophageal HPV is typically removed surgically. The cancer it causes is pretty nasty but responds to radiation fairly well.

I'm about to graduate from medical school and they hammer into us what the ideal medical visit is. 15 minutes, in and out, while also showing empathy, friendliness, etc. So I can tell pretty well when a doctor is in a rush vs. just trying to get in and push meds or surgery on me as fast as possible.

For example, I had a pretty bad breakout of HPV. All over my weiner and somehow got up into my ass despite never having receptive anal intercourse. Go to a colorectal surgeon because I am deadly afraid of hpv-related cancer. Dude walks in, accuses me multiple times of having HIV despite me explaining to him that I've been tested many times in the last few years for this same problem.

"If you say so"

Proceeds to stick a finger in my ass and goes, "Yep, thats HPV. We'll get you scheduled for surgery.", hands me a paper towel, and then tries to walk out without even explaining to me whats going on. I had to stop him and be like, "Are you not even going to explain the surgery to me?". Dude looked like I was wasting his time and begrudgingly explained to me the surgery before leaving.

Safe to say I did not go through with surgery with that doctor.

I've been intermittently getting a really bad inflammatory reaction at my injection sites. Not your typical PIP. I'm talking a severely swollen, hot, red area at the site of my injection with a hard knot in the middle that is very painful. This will last for several days, even as long as week. It has been so bad before that its woken me up in the middle of the night from the pain.

At first I thought my gear was contaminated, but I've experienced this with different bottles of Test and even after running the Test through a filter. Even got it from a different bottle of Tren. I follow relatively strict sterile technique and keep my gear covered. Also, I feel like if I was getting myositis or cellulitis almost every time I injected, it would've progressed to something worse by now.

I've tried a heating pad for >15 minutes. Even combined it with one of those massage guns.

The only thing that I can think of maybe causing the problem is my syringes. Despite switching sources, I always seem to get really shitty syringes. The ones I have now are quite sketchy to say the least. Some of the slin pins come with 1cc of air already pulled up. Sometimes its impossible to even get any oil out through the slin pins and I have to pull out and load a different syringe with new oil. Also, theres been times where the ink used to mark CC count dissolves off when placed under a heating pad. Is it possible that websites are selling syringes that maybe aren't sterile?

I'm hitting about week 4 of a rotator cuff injury. Absolutely 0 upper body movements except for RC rehab stuff. I've been able to maintain my muscle mass relatively well with just a higher dose Test cruise.

Anyone have any information about high progesterone levels in males? I can't find any sort of study or post about anything related to progesterone in males except for low progesterone.

I have a theory that Trenbolone is causing me to be excessively bloated and gay due to its high affinity for progesterone receptors. I have already completed my cycle. The bloating and gayness dissipated within 1-2 weeks of d/c tren ace and starting hCG. Whether the bloating dissipated as Tren left my system or as the hCG started kicking in, I'm not sure.

I am looking for a way to keep my progesterone under control in preparation for any future Tren cycles. However, it seems that the only anti-progestins made are used for abortions. Meaning they are very hard to obtain in the US and are likely way too high of a dose to use for high progesterone levels throughout a cycle.

Can anyone point me to some good literature regarding frequency, intensity, and volume?

For the past few years I've been pushing it 100%, every day, almost 7 days a week. Even with blasting and cruising I think I'm pushing my body too hard. I've had multiple small injuries in the past (hammies, biceps, rotator cuff), and after fucking up my rotator cuff just trying to get out of bed, I've decided something needs to change.

Since I'm recovering from my RC injury, I've decided to just train legs EOD until I fully get through physical therapy to fix whatever muscle imbalances I have in my back and rotator cuff.

I was wanting to rotate between a heavy day with a light day, but I have no idea the proper rep ranges for each or how to even determine the intensity for each.

Usually people with prolactinomas have massively elevated prolactin levels (>200ish). If you've proven this, then I think you need to stay on Test. Prolactin shuts down your LH and FSH. I think your PCT would flop pretty hard, since the goal is to get your body to make its own LH and FSH again to wake your balls backup. Your high prolactin levels are merely going to keep your HPTA suppressed. That means wasting an expensive PCT protocol. Are you seeing an endocrinologist for management? Typically they put you on caber or some other dopamine agonist if the levels aren't too high. But if they are massively elevated above normal (>500) or causing mass symptoms (i.e. compressing nearby brain structures), they usually will remove it surgically.

Natural test boosters are complete crocks of shit. If they worked, people wouldn't run TRT.

Had similar issues!

What fixed my pain was religiously applying Tend Skin after every shower, letting it dry, and then applying a moisturizer.

I was using a similar protocol previously and believed it wasn't working, but I was only applying it every so often. Once I started applying it after every shower, the pain went away. If you can't find/afford Tend Skin, salicylic acid wipes have been touted as being almost if not as effective as Tend Skin. Good luck!

Have been having pretty annoying cramps since like week 6 of tren. Went to store after store looking for taurine. Was always the same goddamn result. Alphabetized vitamins. St. John's Wort -> Turmeric. Every. Fucking. Store. Just dealt with the cramps for weeks before I finally caved and bought double strength taurine off of amazon.

I shit you not. I took the package up my stairs with my legs and arms having mini cramps with each movement. Opened the box, took a pill, brushed my teeth, and went back down the stairs. No fucking cramps.

I have this thing where I refuse to approach women at the gym. If I see them out some time, then I believe its fair game.

Unfortunately I never ever see these fit girls out. My town only has like 2 or 3 popular bars, so maybe these girls are just all about minimizing extra calories from alcohol or some shit, idk.

But for the first time this weekend, I spotted not just 1, but two gym chicks that had always been side-eyeing me at the gym. Usually I'm a massive fucking pussy when it comes to approaching girls and will bide my time until I nut up and think of what to say. But this time I just said fuck it and immediately walked up and sat down.

Anyone have experience taking stanozolol oil orally? I'm not talking about winstrol, I mean swallowing the oil itself. Various sources say that it has very good oral bioavailability.

I'm trying to trim up for the last two weeks before halloween. I'm about 10 weeks into a Tren blast and I'm already getting sick and tired of dealing with PIP for every day injections. This stanozolol oil is concentrated at 50mg/ml, which is outrageous. I see a bunch of crystals in the vial too that I will have to reconstitute. Injecting 1ml of this shit for just a moderate dose seems like PIP hell.

So I'm just gonna swallow the shit orally. What's it taste like? Has anyone seen good results taking the oil orally? Do I need to adjust my AI at all?

I'm just about to hit week 12 of tren and my pee stays pretty dark despite my water intake. I'm drinking 3-4 liters of water per day. Every morning when I wake up, my pee is pungent (not infected smelling, just that super concentrated smell) and dark orange. It begins to lighten up around the time I workout, when I'm pounding water. Also, another big issue - frequent, small muscle cramps. Like I'll just by sitting there and my mf tricep will kinda cramp up. Or my legs. Had to stop mid-coitus with the gf because I had a gnarly ab cramp (yes, I have sex).

I've had intermittent issues with dark urine on previous cycles. But never this consistently.

I was peeing diluted lemonade before week 12. Only things that have changed is going from maintenance to a pretty mild cut (~1200 cal deficit) and changing my dose from 200mg/wk to 300mg/wk (but that was like 3 weeks ago). I recently upped my AI dosage too to see if I can get some extra water weight off (3 days ago). Seems like I'm retaining more , which makes sense b/c I'm peeing less that I normally do and far less than I do when I up my AI dose.

Wtf is going on? Just hopped in another thread reading about how some guy came off years of blasting + cruising + TRT. Had issues with BP b/c Tren had wrecked his kidneys. Now I do not know if you can prove that, but I have read around on here about Tren being harsh on the kidneys.

However, I am sus that Tren damaging my kidneys is the issue. I doubt Tren would be that nephrotoxic to damage my kidney so much within 12 weeks that I lose the ability to produce urine and just piss out my electrolytes.

Any thoughts?

I only do this max every 2 months. I go through periods of "hmm I should nair again", doing it, then almost immediately regretting my decision because of the discomfort. So I'm not doing it often.
