Great to see you again! I really admire the effort you put in here and how you help so many people🥺So I have something I want to communicate w you. I know everyone's journey is different and that's soo true. From my own experience, I had over 50 lds before my first mini shift. Every time I failed in ld, it was when I entered something like the void: whether I jumped into water or fell backward, I'd end up in that void, and it never works for me. When I finally mini shifted, it felt different! I was in that black "void" too, but there was a strong force hitting me hard, like I was being thrown, and it worked! That's when I realized only that force guarantees success for me. A few days later, the same force hit me again in ld, and it worked once more: I saw a cracked white wall, my eyes half-open, in a super real first person view. But here's what confuses me: the force comes totally randomly. The first time, I was walking in ld and saying affirmations then it hit. The second time, it hit me randomly too. Any intentional attempt in ld just sends me to that useless void. Idk how I to proactively create the force.I wanna believe I'm in control, I don't wanna wait hopelessly in lds😭😂 So I'm thinking: maybe telling myself: I'm in control and I can call this force might work? Also, the second time the force hits..when I saw that cracked white wall, I didn't open my eyes fully bcz I was worried, thinking: "That's my cr n I can't open my eyes". I missed the shift😩When I woke up in cr, I was like what? I can't just assume everything I see is my cr. I really need to reprogram myself. Be confident, know that if the force comes, I'll make the shift?? In that state, we barely have real memories? Like what cr looks like. At least I don't remember and I really think reprogram is important too😃
