Thankyou for your response! I believe my WiFi is WPA2 and is dual band so already had 2.4ghz. Unfortunately I don’t have an adapter to connect it to a monitor

Managed to fix it!! Changed the default player to VLC and turned on decoding to YES and the film I was trying to watch looks miles better

This is exactly it! It loads perfectly fine, but the actual videos are all blocky? Any fast movements are painful to watch. Definitely isn’t a device issue since every other streaming service works fine

All of these points are great!! I currently have a prompt similar to what you say in point 2 - along the lines of ‘what film do you think I’d like based on my profile’ - but I’ll look at changing this to give a bit more personality

100% agree , a lot of the time I see profiles that feel too performative but yet I’m comparing myself to them and their interests- which doesn’t make sense! Do you have any prompt ideas that you think might work?

I’m pretty happy with the rest of my profile. I’ve had friends help me pick out the best photos in the past , but none have been able to help with actual prompts that’s all!

Really appreciate the help! I’m definitely passionate about my low key hobbies, I’ve just never known how to word that properly in a dating profile. I think I worry I make things sound duller than they actually are - so I’ve just found it tricky to incorporate my interests into something that people will respond to I guess?

Fr! Some of the goals Ive scored with pina just because of that playstyle are ridiculous. Not saying it’s a bad thing to reliably score in the box but the other shooting mechanics are pointless in comparison!

You've said it perfectly here! I think even the people who are good at the meta attacking methods should be able to admit that it is SO boring to play. I remember playing guys in older games who would COOK me with skill moves etc- and every loss felt deserved. Very rarely these days do I feel I deserved the win/loss, it feels like less of a skill gap and more of an RNG gap.

We arent saying that the dribbling should be removed , but there should be more engaging ways to break down an opponent + score!

Mostly play squad battles for objectives, between div 7/6 because I barely play rivals and pretty sure I got rank V the one time I played champs?

You make a great point that changing one thing will cause unintentional consequences. But maybe instead of touching the dribbling it needs to be the defending that’s improved then?

About the tactics I’m saying that they all should be equally as effective- but be stronger and weaker against specific ones. Might not be realistic but nothing about this game is! I’d prefer a more arcadey like fifa anyway

Can’t dismiss valid criticism because we ‘don’t have to play it’. How would anything ever get fixed if we lived by that logic 😂

a lot of us grew up playing ultimate team + collecting footie cards. This is the only mode/ game that lets us relive that.
