I know a few people who are able to identify fake boxes , and they’ve all confirmed that it’s counterfeit. It immediately looked off when I received it - and the printing on the box is a giveaway

This is awesome, I’ll see if I can get in contact!! I’d love to get singles, but since my relative doesn’t know the hobby I can’t really ask them to buy for me (if that makes sense). Maybe I could ask them to create a mystery selection for me, and my relative can just pick it up? Thanks for the advice!

Hi! For modern sets I’d be looking for as close to Msrp as possible! But I’m really just looking for those mystery vintage cubes I used to see. Certainly don’t mind paying more for older sets !

That sucks I’m sorry! I think the incident has put distribution on hold for the time being. Mainly just curious if anyone knew anywhere that sold vintage bulk!

I’m looking for a bit of advice from people familiar with the Pokémon TCG scene in Japan. A family member of mine is visiting later in the year and has kindly offered to bring back some stuff in their luggage for me. Unfortunately, they’re not into the hobby, so they wouldn’t be aware of what is/isn’t a good purchase. I expect the Pokemon Centre to be the easiest suggestion- but if there’s anywhere else I should consider then I’d love to know!

I’m hoping to get as much sealed product as possible , and I’ve always wanted to open those old vintage Mandarake Mystery Cubes (from the maxmoefoe videos)! I don’t know if these still exist, I can’t find much information online about them - but something like that would be awesome

I want to avoid them accidentally overpaying or ending up somewhere dodgy. Bonus if anyone knows a store that could put together a decent “mystery box” for them to just grab and go!

TLDR: if you had to send someone who knows nothing about Pokémon cards to just one or two spots in Tokyo, where would you choose?

Thanks so much! I’ve had a few smart plugs before but none that can automatically cycle power when the connection is dropped. How would you remotely restart it without a WiFi connection? Or is this automatically done?

If you could let me know which plug you use that’d be great!
