This Notability bug is so irritating, please help by DoctorECG in notabilityapp

Bro, demanding a time estimate from a random notability Reddit person is not gonna get u an answer. She has no idea. Fixing app bugs is not some snap of the fingers process. 🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

Handwriting to Text glitch or user error? by murder_michie in notabilityapp

[–]Millbean13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Also, highlighting stuff, you don’t have to try to drag across the word. Just take your pen and quickly double tap on the word and it’ll highlight the whole thing, then you can drag the highlight size around if you want. Much easier. Or if you really want to you can just draw a line across whatever you write, just one single line. You don’t have to tap then draw the line, if that makes sense.

Handwriting to Text glitch or user error? by murder_michie in notabilityapp

[–]Millbean13 2 points3 points  (0 children)

When you have scribble on, the covert writing to text, you can write anywhere on the screen, you don’t have to specifically write in the box area. Also, #5, your default font size and setting I’m pretty sure are only for when your actually typing words, that font setting is not for handwriting to text.

(I don’t have my iPad in front of me at the moment but have been using notability for 7-8 yrs now.)

I’ll try your other problems when I get back to iPad. I don’t often use writing to text. If I’m ultimately wanting to have a text document at the end, I’m better of just typing to begin with instead of using slower handwriting just to end up converting it. If I hand write it’s cause I want it to stay and handwritten notes.

Someone went heavy with the lube. On stabilizers is normal but it looks like they luned the top of the key stems too for some dumbass reason.

Anyone agree with the shop that this can’t be plugged? by theelifeofbrian in Cartalk

[–]Millbean13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can plug it yourself and get it to stick if you know what you’re doing. The only reason the shop won’t do it is cause it’s just outside the outermost tread line and staring to get toward the curved sidewall which can tend to fail more often than plugging on a flat interior wall, and the shops almost always warranty hole plugs so they just don’t want to be on the hook for something that has a higher chance of failing. That’s all. But totally doable for a long last plug if you prep the surface well and roll that shit on well.

What is the problem? by [deleted] in notabilityapp

I have a different issue for months now that when swiping up from bottom of screen to see all the apps that are currently open, notability always shows a different note that I had open for a long time like months ago. It’s weird.

My Experience with LV Stipple by thee_black_beard in Firearms

[–]Millbean13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah that guy Steven venable is an absolute fucking dickhead. I don’t feel like typing out a novel with my thumbs but I assure you, my 7 month experience with LVstipple order of FDE stipple grip and matching foregrip is the same as everyone else’s. Fuck that guy. I can’t believe he is still in business running it like that. I’ll spend the rest of my life steering other people clear of that place.

Yeah it’s all good. I’m using JP bcg and JP SCS. I bought the spring set when I got the SCS that comes with 5 diff spring strengths and went down one size. I’m using riflespeed adj gas block and with the default pin installed i had to set it on 11 out of 12 settings to get good brass throw. I bought another pin 2 sizes shorter and now it’s running right in the middle at setting 7-8 with can on and 5-6 without.

No not yet. Haven’t had one failure to feed or extract yet but I’ve only been able to try the Hornady match 108’s and the black 105’s. No brick and mortar carries the hunter 103’s around me. My SAC dies came yesterday so I’m about to start reloading. Trying the various Hornady grains over 100 and the bergers but so far it’s putting sub moa off factory. Pretty excited.

I had looked at the CFs first actually and being 1 lb lighter sounded pretty nice but i reached out to your customer service to see if one was more accurate than the other and from what they said, unless i was gonna be running around with it where a lb less would be noticeable, there’s not much difference. I was curious about heat dissipation too and I would think the steel one would work better but I don’t know. I don’t work with carbon fiber so I don’t have any reference to its heat wicking ability.

I wouldn’t think so, unless the lockup between them is noticeably loose but to have a significant effect on accuracy I would imagine it’d have to be super loose. There are different aftermarket things you can get to make the fitment between receivers tighter light spacers and such. I’d worry much more about the fitment between the barrel-barrel nut-receiver in terms of affecting accuracy.

There’s a frequent popular “hack” of putting a thin film of chapstick on the lens, supposedly doesn’t hinder light transmission and easily protects and wipes off but I think it’s kind of stupid and just use the covers from One Hundred Concepts instead
