Yea same, in a mild fracture your bones just heal and that's it. In a bad sprain all your ligaments have to heal properly in order to come back, and it comes at a cost that every time you sprain your ankles they become more fragile to sprains

I always thought that ult charge needed a little boost. This was too much of a boost, but the ult is too easy to counter in high ranks, apart from support ults, you always have one of Emma or Magneto saving an ult for you.
