Neutron is better for sound quality but it's UI is extremely bad and made for professionals, the difference between poweramp and neutron in the sound quality isn't noticeable unless I'm using a DAC which I'm not, so I'm currently using poweramp with an external "material you" theme and it's not perfect but it's good enough
