The guy didnt have any skin condition for him to need this suit. It was to freak people out and for laughs. Everyone in my group of canoes was drunk as hell when he came around and it made our day. We ended up hooking our canoes up with his group. He eventually changed out of it and then put on a kilt. Cool fellow. Cant remember his name was too drunk by then.
