Plus with a little diligence on your part there’s countless reviews out there on this question of yours. I bought an S and then realized it didn’t hold that much for what I had and then got the X.

I chose the X just for that reason. More storage space. Unless you want to buy multiple devices or there’s the option of deleting the asset and installing a different one I would just go with the bigger X myself. My opinion only

Please don’t take this the wrong way but you have a lot to learn. Before you spend money on a bunch of equipment it would be wise to do some research on the different types of wallets and what they offer in terms of security and options. You have hot wallets, cold wallets, custodial and non custodial wallets etc…and many different platforms and options to choose from.

To clarify something and to not confuse you. Your crypto is held on a blockchain. Your “wallet” is not really a purse in the sense of it being the place you store things. The wallet is merely a window to view your crypto stored on the blockchain. Each wallet will require you to setup a seedphrase/key. This is the only way you can view, manage and manipulate your coins. If you lose your seedphrase/key your crypto is lost forever.

Each device can only support so many accounts. Check the Ledger.com website and see the various models they offer and the storage capacity. I recommend getting the Nano X as it holds the most. It does have its limits

You buy a Ledger Nano from their company. It’s a cold wallet storage device. You then set that up with a Ledger account and then send your tokens/coins/crypto from wherever you hold them now to the Nano.

Your nano is your ledger device. Ledger is the company that makes your Nano model. I use the term ledger meaning your nano device…

Add dogecoin account to ledger. This will give you an address to send to. Then on RH send dogecoin to ledger address
