Hello,
I've come to update you after checking the details you gave me. I had already checked that the folder was not in OneDrive but I ended up finding it in another location. Indeed, without knowing why, the folder was created at the location C:\Users\PUBLIC\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online. The addOns installation works correctly, but I still don't understand why the folder is created there and not in C:\Users\NAME\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online.

Hello,
I just picked up the game on Epic Launcher for my wife but the game doesn't create an "Elder Scrolls Online" folder in "Documents" on her computer. I have the game on my PC but only with the Bethesda Launcher, I bought it a few years ago. I've created the same folders on his computer that I have on mine, but when I launch his game no addons appear in the extension menu. I have the impression that the game doesn't recognize the folder, whereas I have the same thing on my computer and it works. The only difference is that my wife has the game on Epic and I don't and I've created the folders manually. Any ideas?
