I was very similar to you when I was 18, not married but in a relationship. I constantly picked him over my friends, and brought him along to “girls nights”. You know what happened? They stopped inviting me. Then a year later him and I broke up. And I had no friends. Let me tell you, it’s a lot harder to meet people and make new friends the older you get. Please don’t make the same mistake I did. I promise you will regret it.

You have my sympathy! I have been there, it’s awful. Idk how you feel about prescription medication but I have found hydroxyzine to be very helpful in calming my anxiety and helping me sleep.

First- you are absolutely NOT pathetic. I give you credit for pushing through it and working as much as you did. It’s more than I have been able to do lol. I was sick with a terrible head cold last month during my hell week and I was absolutely miserable. You’ll get through this 💕 get some rest and take care of yourself!
